Sure, summer’s great. No doubt about it. But also… it’s pretty darn stressful. It is the season of FOMO, of constantly questioning whether you’re having ENOUGH fun, the one season where basically an entire six-week stretch is liable to give you the SUNDAY SCARIES. So manifesting everything glorious about this time of year into a singular coffee? TALL ORDER. NOT A TASK TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY. And for those of you über TC heads who actually read these product page descriptions, I’ll let you in on a dark secret: for years, we simply couldn’t do it. Too great a power, too great a responsibility.

UNTIL, AT LAST, THE COFFEES OF SUMMER FOUND US ☀️ 

Two years ago it was an atypical natural Sumatran coffee, but now, in only our second ever SUNKISS, and this time with perhaps the archetype that we always knew would eventually manifest: A RED FRUIT, TEA, & CITRUS JUICE FEST from Sidama, Ethiopia. Naturally processed at the Hamasho Washing Station in Bensa — a station we featured once before — this coffee is brilliantly red, pink and electric green. Exuberant, refreshing, dynamic, and vivacious. Mostly made of the 74158 Variety, grown by ~600 farmers between elevations of 1,920 and 2,020 meters above sea level, this coffee is an ideal expression of one of the many facets of Ethiopian coffee that we absolutely adore and seek to represent every season <3
