DESCRIPTION

Floral, stone fruity, and honey-sweet, this washed north Peruvian field blend from Balbino Villalobos showed up SCREAMING SPRINGTIME when we first tasted it in the dregs of winter, so we’re thrilled to finally showcase it as our third installment of PRIMROSE.

Northern Peru is one of our favorite regions to represent at this time of year: crazy high elevations, a stellar variety of varieties, and a healthy mixture of on-farm processing and solid community networks. There’s nowhere more deserving of this most prestigious springtime distinction!
