The Coffee Quest |
After a SAD three year gap, we are pleased to welcome Ethiopia Gutity back to our menu.
This is PRIME dry-processed Yirga Cheffe Ethiopia coffee. Grown at nearly 2,200 meters by around 600 smallholder farmers in the Gargari kebele, we couldn’t be more stoked to share this definitive monster of a coffee. You know that time a friend shared that cup of coffee that changed your life? That one cup that didn’t just taste like week-old swamp water? That cup that sang to you instead of yelled at you? Familiar flavors popping in the cup that you’d never tasted in the cup? Yeah, THAT cup. Listen, friend. Ethiopia Gutity is THAT CUP!You have the chance to change someone’s mind about coffee here. It’s got that lavender up front. It’s got that unmistakable blueberry in the middle. It’s got that body that is ALL-encompassing. It lingers but does NOT get in the way. It leaves gracefully and suggests you should take another sip. Because you won’t forget it. And whoever you share this with won’t forget it either.
