Meet our new maximalist buddy, Top Shelf Elf! We can infer Top Shelf Elf has ELITE TASTE and would only toss out treats to the deserving. Instead of songs or ceremony, this Elf reaches up to the top shelf and pulls down a mystery pick just for your order — a key to unlocking joyful mornings in the form of a transcendent bag of Touchy Coffee.

BAG ONE: Honduras Isaias Fernandez Gesha (washed) 

Most certainly Isaias is our Most Played Producer over the past 7 years. This will be the 11th lot we have released by Isaias and it is by far the most delicate and expressive coffee in the whole kaboodle. Taste Notes: Lemon Balm, Candied Grapefruit, Wishing Well

BAG TWO: Colombia Froilan Muñoz Gesha (washed) 

In comparison to Isaias, Froilan’s coffee is relatively new to us, having shared his Pink Bourbon separations from the past 2 harvests. This Gesha is arguably the most indicative of mastery among these offerings. A highkey stunner. An exclamation mark among commas. Taste Notes: Begamot Oil, Rainbow Sherbet, Yirgacheffe

BAG THREE: Peru David Flores Sydra (washed)

The offering from the producer with the least history with us happens to contain the most mystery! A high-grown and meticulous rendition of a coffee-variety-of-the-moment, this Sydra (Sidra elsewhere) is precious and undulating. Taste Notes: Cream Soda, Dried Apricot, Decadent

BAG FOUR: Colombia Jhoan Vergara Pink Bourbon (advanced fermentation + washed)

A wild card release from one of Huila’s young gun fermentation masters. This coffee is boundary pushing and almost unreal to taste. When we say “Orange Julius”, we are dead serious. Taste Notes: Orange Julius, Necca Wafer, Mars Attack
